All framing is carried out on the premises.

 

Unless otherwise stated all prices include VAT.

Our framing turnaround time varies depending on the size of your order and general demand.

Timescales are not guaranteed, but we will always endeavour to complete your order to meet our agreed deadline.

We accept no liability or consequential loss for delays to your order.

 

Eagle Gallery Framing reserves the right to require full payment before commencing work on any order.

 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours, after this time orders may incur a charge consisting of material costs and any appropriate labour costs.

 

Full payment/remaining balance is payable upon collection, this can be made via Debit/Credit Card or cash.

We no longer accept cheques.

Payment via bank transfer must be made prior to collection.

We request that all framing is collected within 3 months of completion.

 

We will make numerous attempts to contact you to:

-Remind you that your framing order is due for collection.

​

-Confirm any outstanding balance.

​

-Notify you that we reserve the right to charge a storage fee on uncollected framing after 3 months.

​

-Notify you that if your framing order is not collected within a further 3 months we reserve the right to dispose of or sell your artwork to regain storage space and recover monies owed to us.

​

-If disposing of the artwork raises any funds, from those funds we will recover the money owed to us, plus storage and handling charges and any remaining funds will be returned to you (the customer).

​

-Storage cost of items depend on amount and size and start from £5 per week.

​

Collection by the customer shall be deemed to be acceptance that the framing order is satisfactory and meets expectations.
