There are many key variables involved in picture framing and materials and labour can vary dramatically from frame to frame. We do have a rough price guide on our website. Everything we make is bespoke, and your work is unique, so you will need to visit us and view the various options. Once you have an idea of what you want, we can give you a price via our pricing system. You are welcome to contact us, and we can give a rough estimate of cost if you provide an idea or what you need, size and description of the item for framing. We don’t offer quotations over the phone so please email with details.

Our turnaround varies depending on the item. We work to a minimum of 14 days with some items (3D items) taking considerably longer. If you need your frame faster than this then please contact us. We do have a priority service where we can turn frames around much faster than this for a rush fee. If you possess a substantial body of work that you need framing, then we will need as much notice as possible.

We are appointment only. These can be booked via the website on our live booking system. All we ask is you visit us with item for framing in hand. If this isnt possible feel free to email asking for suggestions and recommendations.

We have quickly embraced the appointment system inititly added due to covid. We found this helps us plan our time more efficiently and keeps the workflow steady and manageable.

On most small orders you can pay on collection. If the order is over £500 or a priority job we may ask for full payment upfront or a deposit.

Yes, we can. We do not include delivery in the price but usually we can organise delivery via a same day courier. We don't not send items via post.

We accept cash or any payment card, including American Express and Apple Pay. You can also make online payments. We will provide you with a framing card which includes payment details.

You do have to leave your item with us, but it will not vacate the premises. Yes we can either cut a caption window and computer print your text or include a brass or silver coloured plaque to the mount.

Yes, we just cut a mount with multiple windows to accommodate your pictures, photos and memorabilia.
